These terms apply to all pages and content on Clash Beginner Guide (domain clashshuoming.com, hereinafter "this site"). By accessing or continuing to use this site, you agree to be bound by the terms below. If you disagree with any part of them, please stop using this site.
1. Content Scope
This site is a technical reference resource that curates download links, installation walkthroughs, terminology explanations, and troubleshooting guides for Clash-family open-source clients. All content is provided strictly for learning and technical reference, and does not constitute a recommendation, endorsement, or business relationship with any network service, proxy service, or commercial product.
This site does not operate, sell, or resell any proxy or subscription service. Terms such as "subscription link" or "provider" that appear in the documentation are used purely as technical descriptions of client features. This site bears no responsibility for any service choices or purchases readers make as a result.
2. Compliance Requirements
When using any software or configuration method described on this site, visitors should:
- Comply with the laws and regulations of their own country or region, as well as any policies set by their network environment (school, workplace, or organization).
- Never use the software for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to unauthorized system access, distributing illegal content, launching network attacks, or infringing on the rights of others.
- Independently determine whether using such tools is lawful in their own jurisdiction and bear full legal responsibility for their own actions.
This site does not encourage or assist in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations. If any content does not apply in your region, please do not follow it.
3. Limitation of Liability
The client software featured on this site (including but not limited to Clash Verge Rev, FlClash, Clash Meta for Android, and the Mihomo core) is developed and maintained independently by its respective open-source project. This site has no affiliation with or authorization from these projects. Accordingly:
- This site makes no guarantees regarding the feature completeness, ongoing availability, update frequency, or security of any third-party software.
- This site is not liable for system failures, data loss, network issues, or any other direct or indirect damages resulting from downloading, installing, configuring, or using the software described here.
- Documentation on this site is written against the software version current at the time of writing. Interfaces and behavior may change with newer releases; where documentation and actual software differ, the software's actual behavior takes precedence.
- Links to third-party sites found in the footer or body text are provided solely for reader convenience. The content and safety of those linked sites are the responsibility of their respective operators.
4. Intellectual Property Notice
Intellectual property rights for the open-source clients, cores, names, and icons referenced on this site belong to their respective authors and contributors, licensed under each project's own open-source license (such as GPL, MIT, or Apache). Continued use of this site after a revision is published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
